Genesis Biopartner, one of our longstanding and valued Romanian customers, selected Mavitec Green Energy to increase capacity for his food waste depackaging installations.

After using our Paddle Depacker Model S (1-5 m3 / hour) successfully the last two years, Genesis Biopartner selected the high capacity version of this depackaging machine to process various kinds of packed food waste products.

The Paddle Depacker system handles up to 30 m3 per hour and produces the cleanest organic output (>99,5% clean!) that complies with latest European legislation. A unique feature of our machine is the possibility to process dry products and wet products as well. Besides the Paddle Depacker line Genesis also selected Mavitec Green Energy’s Martinater line to process different kinds of fruits & vegetables into a pumpable slurry. The clean organic output of both lines will be used in Genesis’ own biogas installations.
