Renewi Organics selected our machines to process various kinds of supermarket and organic waste and turn it into the cleanest organic soups. The Paddle Depacker separates the organic fraction from the packaging and produces a clean organic output that is suitable for use in e.g. biogas/biodiesel installations. The clean plastic fraction is suitable for recycling. The installation includes more than 30 conveyors, 2 raw material bins, 2 organic receiving bins with centrifugal pumps.
In Amsterdam, The Netherlands, we installed four Paddle Depackers at the largest depacking plant in The Netherlands. Renewi Organics, one of the leading players in the processing of organic waste, selected our Paddle Depacker to process various kinds of supermarket waste and organic waste. Together four Paddle Depackers handle up to 120 m3 of supermarket waste and organic waste per hour. This means a capacity of 60 tons of food waste per hour! The machines separate the organic fraction from the packaging and produce a clean organic output and clean plastic fraction. The organic output is suitable for several purposes such as biogas/biodiesel installations. The installation includes more than 30 conveyors, 2 bunkers and 2 organic receiving bins with centrifugal pumps. The plant is fully operational from January 2022.
