New! Paddle Washer for cleaner plastic

New! Paddle Washer for cleaner plastic

The Paddle Washer is designed to wash the packaging and decrease the weight of the packaging output. The machine delivers an extremely clean plastic, creates more yield in organic fraction and significantly saves on disposal costs.

Mavitec Green Energy’s latest innovation is a machine that delivers the perfect plastic output, dry and extremely clean.

To fulfill the demand for a cleaner plastic output, we developed a machine that can be integrated into the Paddle Depacker line or any other depackaging system.
The Paddle Washer is designed to produce a cleaner and dryer plastic output. Testing results show an extremely clean plastic and more yield in organic fraction. The machine washes the packaging and decreases the weight of the packaging output. A reduction in packaging weight up to 30% can be realized, resulting in significant savings on disposal costs. After a successful testing period the machine is available to market now.

The Paddle Depacker proved to be the most efficient and economic solution to depack a large variety of products.  This machine separates the organic fraction from the packaging and produces an extremely clean organic output (>99,5%), suitable for use in e.g. biogas/biodiesel installations. After creating the cleanest organic output our engineers have been focusing on upgrading the plastic fraction.
