Paddel Entpacker
Der Paddle Depacker trennt das organische Material von der Verpackung und erzeugt einen sehr sauberen organischen Output, der sich hervorragend für den Einsatz in Biogasanlagen eignet. Der saubere Bio-Ertrag von > 99,71 TP3T entspricht der neuesten europäischen Gesetzgebung. Neueste Laborergebnisse zeigen sogar weniger als 0,31 TP3T physikalische Verunreinigungen aus verschiedenen Arten von Lebensmittelabfällen.

In 2024, one of Türkiye’s largest ice cream producers needed a practical solution for handling waste resulting from misproduction. This included ice cream mixed with sticks, lids, and plastic packaging. With limited disposal options in the area, the company searched for an on-site system that could separate these mixed waste streams efficiently and in an environmentally responsible way. We are proud to announce that our team at Mavitec Green Energy has recently completed the installation of a new double Paddle Depacker line at Genesis Biopartner’s 3-megawatt biogas plant in Cordun, Romania.
