The Mobile Paddle Depacker Model S is a compact and flexible depackaging solution for processing packaged organic by-products. It delivers the same proven separation performance as our larger Paddle Depacker systems, producing over 99.7% clean organic output, in a space-efficient and mobile setup.
Designed for on-site use, the Model S is ideal for facilities that want to test depackaging performance with their own input material, under real operating conditions, without permanent installation.
The Mobile Paddle Depacker Model S is part of Mavitec’s rental and testing programme. It allows operators to:

Thanks to its compact design and mobility, the Model S can be deployed quickly and efficiently on site.
Although smaller in size, the BioDECONDITIONNEUR Model S uses the same robust technology as Mavitec’s full-scale depackaging systems. It ensures reliable separation of packaging from organic material, resulting in a clean output suitable for further processing in biogas, rendering or other organic recycling applications.
The Model S has a processing capacity of up to 5 m³ per hour (equivalent to around 2–4 tons per hour, depending on material characteristics), it’s particularly suitable for smaller projects processing approximately 1,500 to 10,000 tons of food waste per year.
