Wanneer korte levertijden essentieel zijn, kan flexibele productiecapaciteit het verschil maken. Dat is precies wat dit Amerikaanse bedrijf in hernieuwbare energie in staat stelde om hun nieuwe depackagelijn in recordtijd in gebruik te nemen.<\/p>\n

De Paddle Depacker werd gebouwd als voorraadunit en onderging een succesvolle fabrieksacceptatietest bij Mavitec voordat hij werd verscheept naar de VS. De installatie begon in het voorjaar van 2025, waarbij het mechanische en elektrische werk snel werd voltooid, gevolgd door functionele tests en training van de operator.<\/p>\n

Bewezen prestaties in dagelijks gebruik<\/b><\/h2>\n
De Paddle Depacker is ontworpen om een grote verscheidenheid aan organische afvalstromen te verwerken, van supermarkt- en restaurantafval tot conserven. De Paddle Depacker verwerkt nu tot 30 m\u00b3 input per uur en produceert een schone organische fractie van 12 tot 18 ton per uur, afhankelijk van de consistentie van het materiaal. Tijdens de ingebruikname zag het klantenteam de capaciteit van het systeem al snel in actie:<\/div>\n

Samenwerkingsproject, vlotte resultaten<\/b><\/h2>\n
Het project werd op tijd afgerond dankzij de goede samenwerking tussen de verschillende teams. De flexibiliteit van de Paddle Depacker en het vermogen van Mavitec om te voldoen aan de Amerikaanse normen zorgden voor een soepele ingebruikname. Het systeem is nu volledig operationeel en helpt organisch afval om te zetten in waardevolle hernieuwbare energie.<\/div>\n
