From May 4–7, Mavitec will be present at IFAT, where we will showcase our solutions for processing organic materials and recovering valuable resources. This year, we will present the Paddle Washer at an exhibition for the first time. The machine features a fully stainless steel design.

Efficient separation and cleaning of packaging streams

The Paddle Washer is designed to further separate and clean packaging streams after depackaging. By reducing contamination in the packaging fraction, it improves the recovery of organic material and contributes to higher yield and lower disposal volumes.

During the process, friction between the material and paddles removes residual organic matter. This results in a clean organic fraction and a significantly lighter, cleaner packaging output. If needed, liquid can be added at different stageso of the process to support separation.

Reduced disposal costs and high performance

One of the key advantages of the Paddle Washer is the reduction of packaging weight, which can be up to 50%, depending on the input material. This directly lowers disposal costs and improves downstream handling.

With a capacity of up to 12 m³ per hour, the machine is suitable for continuous operation in demanding environments. The combination of high efficiency and consistent output quality makes it a valuable addition to depackaging and processing lines.

Robust design and easy integration

Il Lavapale features a heavy-duty design with a fixed shaft construction, ensuring reliable performance and a long service life. At the same time, the compact setup and straightforward layout allow for easy access, inspection, and maintenance.

Thanks to its flexible design, the machine can be integrated into existing Paddle Depacker lines or other depackaging systems, making it suitable for both new and existing installations.
