Lorsque des d\u00e9lais de livraison courts sont essentiels, une capacit\u00e9 de production flexible peut faire toute la diff\u00e9rence. C'est exactement ce qui a permis \u00e0 cette entreprise am\u00e9ricaine sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans les \u00e9nergies renouvelables de mettre en place sa nouvelle ligne de d\u00e9conditionnement en un temps record.<\/p>\n

Construit comme une unit\u00e9 de stock, le d\u00e9pileur \u00e0 palettes a subi avec succ\u00e8s un test d'acceptation en usine dans les installations de Mavitec avant d'\u00eatre exp\u00e9di\u00e9 aux \u00c9tats-Unis. L'installation a commenc\u00e9 au printemps 2025, avec des travaux m\u00e9caniques et \u00e9lectriques rapidement achev\u00e9s, suivis de tests fonctionnels et d'une formation des op\u00e9rateurs.<\/p>\n

Performances \u00e9prouv\u00e9es dans le cadre d'activit\u00e9s quotidiennes<\/b><\/h2>\n
Con\u00e7u pour traiter une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de flux de d\u00e9chets organiques, des d\u00e9chets de supermarch\u00e9s et de restaurants aux produits en conserve, le d\u00e9pileur \u00e0 palettes traite d\u00e9sormais jusqu'\u00e0 30 m\u00b3 d'intrants par heure, produisant une fraction organique propre de 12 \u00e0 18 tonnes par heure, en fonction de la consistance du mat\u00e9riau. Lors de la mise en service, l'\u00e9quipe du client a rapidement constat\u00e9 la capacit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me en action :<\/div>\n
