Sans cela, les d\u00e9chets r\u00e9duiraient la qualit\u00e9 du biogaz ou n\u00e9cessiteraient un traitement co\u00fbteux et gourmand en \u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n<h3>Test de la solution Paddle Depacker<\/h3>\n<p>Pour relever ce d\u00e9fi, l'usine s'est tourn\u00e9e vers Mavitec Green Energy et a test\u00e9 le Paddle Depacker, une unit\u00e9 mobile de d\u00e9packaging con\u00e7ue pour s\u00e9parer les emballages des d\u00e9chets organiques. Cette unit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9e par Mavitec Green Energy. <a href=\"https:\/\/mavitecgreenenergy.com\/fr\/rental\/\">unit\u00e9 locative<\/a> a permis \u00e0 l'usine de tester la solution dans des conditions d'exploitation r\u00e9elles, en utilisant son propre flux de d\u00e9chets, sans aucun investissement initial.<br \/>\nLes r\u00e9sultats sont prometteurs. Le syst\u00e8me a produit une boue organique de haute qualit\u00e9 convenant \u00e0 la digestion ana\u00e9robie. Dans le m\u00eame temps, la quantit\u00e9 de mati\u00e8re organique restant dans la fraction plastique a \u00e9t\u00e9 consid\u00e9rablement r\u00e9duite. L'installation compl\u00e8te comprend d\u00e9sormais une tr\u00e9mie de stockage \u00e0 chargement frontal de 8 m\u00b3 avec un syst\u00e8me d'alimentation \u00e0 double vis, un d\u00e9pileur \u00e0 palettes et un syst\u00e8me de pompage \u00e0 piston organique, avec une capacit\u00e9 allant jusqu'\u00e0 30 m\u00b3 par heure.<br \/>\nLe syst\u00e8me garantit que seule la mati\u00e8re organique de haute puret\u00e9, avec un niveau de puret\u00e9 v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 de 99,7%, entre dans le digesteur. Cette boue organique plus propre n'am\u00e9liore pas seulement le rendement en biogaz, mais favorise \u00e9galement un fonctionnement plus stable et plus efficace de l'usine.<\/p>\n<h3>Une efficacit\u00e9 accrue, une \u00e9nergie plus propre<\/h3>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la nouvelle installation, l'usine a consid\u00e9rablement am\u00e9lior\u00e9 son efficacit\u00e9. Elle produit d\u00e9sormais 1 000 kW d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et 1 600 kW de chaleur en permanence. Au-del\u00e0 de l'am\u00e9lioration de la production d'\u00e9nergie, l'usine b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d'op\u00e9rations plus coh\u00e9rentes, de co\u00fbts de traitement plus faibles et d'une meilleure performance environnementale.
