Andernfalls w\u00fcrde der Abfall entweder die Biogasqualit\u00e4t beeintr\u00e4chtigen oder eine kostspielige, energieintensive Verarbeitung erfordern.<\/p>\n<h3>Testen der Paddle Depacker L\u00f6sung<\/h3>\n<p>Um diese Herausforderung zu meistern, wandte sich das Werk an Mavitec Green Energy und testete den Paddle Depacker, eine mobile Entpackungseinheit zur Trennung von Verpackungen und organischen Abf\u00e4llen. Diese <a href=\"https:\/\/mavitecgreenenergy.com\/de\/rental\/\">Mieteinheit<\/a> erm\u00f6glichte es dem Werk, die L\u00f6sung unter realen Betriebsbedingungen mit seinem eigenen Abfallstrom zu testen, ohne dass Vorabinvestitionen erforderlich waren.<br \/>\nDie Ergebnisse waren vielversprechend. Das System produzierte einen hochwertigen organischen Schlamm, der f\u00fcr die anaerobe Verg\u00e4rung geeignet war. Gleichzeitig wurde die Menge des in der Kunststofffraktion verbleibenden organischen Materials stark reduziert. Dies verbesserte nicht nur den Input f\u00fcr den Biogasfermenter, sondern senkte auch die Entsorgungskosten aufgrund des leichteren und saubereren Abfalls.<\/p>\n<h3>Eine permanente Entpackungsanlage<\/h3>\n<p>Nach dem erfolgreichen Versuch beschloss das Werk, eine permanente <a href=\"https:\/\/mavitecgreenenergy.com\/de\/solutions\/depackaging\/paddle-depacker\/\">Paddle Depacker System<\/a>. Die komplette Anlage umfasst nun einen 8 m\u00b3 gro\u00dfen Frontlader-Vorratsbeh\u00e4lter mit Doppelschneckenzuf\u00fchrung, einen Paddle Depacker und ein organisches Kolbenpumpensystem mit einer Kapazit\u00e4t von bis zu 30 m\u00b3 pro Stunde.<br \/>\nDas System stellt sicher, dass nur hochreines organisches Material mit einem gepr\u00fcften Reinheitsgrad von 99,7% in den Fermenter gelangt. Diese sauberere organische G\u00fclle erh\u00f6ht nicht nur die Biogasausbeute, sondern unterst\u00fctzt auch einen stabileren, effizienteren Anlagenbetrieb.<\/p>\n<h3>H\u00f6here Effizienz, sauberere Energie<\/h3>\n<p>Mit dem neuen Aufbau hat die Anlage ihre Effizienz erheblich verbessert. Sie produziert nun rund um die Uhr 1.000 kW Strom und 1.600 kW W\u00e4rme.
